We have tried pinging T-Mobile USA website using our server and the website returned the above results. If t-mobile.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress It has at least two signal bars. If not, see Signal issues / no service troubleshooting. Airplane mode is turned off. Data roaming is turned on if you're roaming across cellular networks.
